Michigan Tigers Futbol Club is a youth soccer organization headquartered in Washtenaw County which evolved from Ann Arbor USA Soccer. Michigan Tigers FC is a newly registered club with the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) and the Western Suburban Soccer League (WSSL).
The club’s goals include providing excellent soccer training by highly qualified and experienced coaches. Michigan Tigers FC believes that the best soccer experience calls for an emphasis on player development, constant attention to technical skill development, and placement of teams at appropriate levels of competition so that players experience success and failure in a way that develops confidence. Tournament Time!!
Congratulations to Coach Pedro's U14 boys team, which participated in the Vardar Nike Cup, Aug. 22-24. The team tied for first in its group and missed going to the championship game by the tie-breaker. In the deciding game, the U14 boys led for most of the game, and played to a 1-1 tie vs Vardar, the eventual tournament winner.

The second installment of your player fees are due by Aug. 31. We will be asking your manager to send an email to their team's families with a reminder of the amount to pay. Please mail your checks to the Michigan Tigers office, 2140 Oak Valley Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, drop them off when you are at Wideworld. (We hope to have a "mail slot" next to the office door soon.)
Dragon Soccer program starts in November. This free program is offered as a community service by Michigan Tigers FC and Wideworld Sports Center. It is similar to the TOP Soccer program that many families are familiar with. Dragon Soccer sessions will be held on Saturday mornings, concluding with a party in the spring for all participants.
